Run Em Back: Round 6 NFR Steer Report
This is the second run on the softest, lightest pen of Hill Rodeo Company Cattle at the 2021 Wrangler NFR.

755 Cody Snow and Wesley Thorp

Tyler Wade and Trey Yates got a leg to be 9.2 on this steer. T-Wade spun him fast, and Trey didn’t quite get to him. He’s just medium.

757 Clay Smith and Jade Corkill

Derrick Begay and Brady Minor were 4.4 + 5 in Round 3 on him. Medium.

745 Erich Rogers and Paden Bray

Brenten Hall and Chase Tryan missed this steer in Round 3. But he’s medium and should be no problem for them at fourth in the average.

742 Kaleb Driggers and Junior Nogueira

Clint Summers and Ross Ashford got a leg and then a crossfire call on this steer. Clint broke him over and it was a close call, but it wasn’t really the steer’s fault. They’ll be able to go make a good run on him at second in the average—they’ll probably just go catch. Junior said he’s just got to be smart.

749 Dustin Egusquiza and Travis Graves

Clay Tryan and Jake Long missed this steer in Round 3. He’s just a middle-of-the-herd steer.

719 Quinn Kesler and Joseph Harrison

This is an extra. He’s straight, and he tries a little and a good chance. He runs level-headed and Cooper White waved it off him when they ran him after the perf but it wasn’t because he was low-headed or anything like that.

748 Coy Rahlmann and Douglas Rich

Quinn Kesler and Joseph Harrison were 7.6 + 5 on this steer. He’s just medium.

743 Coleman Proctor and Logan Medlin

Rhen Richard and Jeremy Buhler won the go-round on this steer in Round 3. That’s a good steer and they could be going to the South Point for the second night in a row.

758 Rhen Richard and Jeremy Buhler

Cody Snow and Wesley Thorp had a no-time on the heel side with this one in Round 3. He’s medium-minus.

750 Clint Summers and Ross Ashford

Clay Smith and Jade Corkill made a solid run at 4.3 on this steer in Round 3. They’ll turn it around this steer because Clay and Jade jackpotted him to be 4.3.

753 Tyler Wade and Trey Yates

Erich Rogers and Paden Bray got a leg to be 4.6 + 5 on this one. He’s nothing fancy.

744 Clay Tryan and Jake Long

Travis Graves missed this steer in Round 3. Travis missed him after Dustin got it on him fast.

746 Derrick Begay and Brady Minor

Coy Rahlmann and Douglas Rich made good run on this steer to be 4.8. He’s medium.

730 Brenten Hall and Chase Tryan

Andrew Ward and Buddy Hawkins II were 4.6 on this one and he’ll be a good steer for them to turn things around with. They jackpotted him so Brenten could be fast with this one.

751 Andrew Ward and Buddy Hawkins

Coleman Proctor and Logan Medlin were 3.8 +5, and this could be a good steer for Andrew and Buddy to use for some good day money.
