Resistol Rookie Update: Ahlstrom Moves to Seventh in Heeling; White Moves to Fifth in Heading and MORE
12 Resistol Rookies add money to their earnings.

Utah’s Resistol Rookie heeler Dylin Ahlstrom and partner Taylor Winn won the second performance at Cheyenne (Wyoming) Frontier Days with a 7.7-second-run, worth $2,233 a man. Ahlstrom jumped from 10th to seventh in the Resistol Rookie heeling standings with $6,468.97. Ahlstrom is also eighth in his Wilderness Circuit heeling standings, having $4,236.47 won in that region. 

Nebraska’s Cooper White, who is heading for Tucker White, added $1,829 to his Resistol Rookie earnings. They placed second at the Wahoo (Nebraska) Saddle Club PRCA Rodeo with a 11.5-second-run, worth $684 a man. They also placed fourth at Nebraska’s Big Rodeo in Burwell, Nebraska with a 5.8-second-run, worth $1,145 a man. White is now fifth in the Resistol Rookie heading standings with $7,217.46. He’s also eighth in the Badlands Circuit Standings with $4,068.54 won.  

Wyoming’s Jerren Johnson added $1,674 to his earnings when he and header Cody Tew won second in the third performance at Cheyenne Frontier Days with a 10.1-second-run, worth $1,674 a man. Johnson is sixth in the heeling standings with $7,161. 

The ongoing Resistol Rookie number-one header Kal Fuller continues to stay number-one in the heading standings after adding $1,498 to his earnings. Fuller and Kasper Roy tied Dawson and Dillon Graham for third at the Bruce (Alberta) Stampede with a 6.7-second-run, worth $667 a man. They also placed sixth at the Medicine Hat (Alberta) Stampede with a 5.3-second-run, worth $831 a man. Fuller is first in the heading standings and 44th in the PRCA world standings with $21,697.26. Fuller also is 10th in the Montana Circuit with $2,388.07 won. 

New York’s Drew Carnes and header Ty Barger won the Allegheny Mountain Championship Rodeo in Kellettville, Pennsylvania with a 4.7-second-run, worth $1,196 a man. Carnes moved down on spot in the standings to eighth with $6,000.07. Carnes is also second in the First Frontier Circuit with $3,999.57 won in the region. 

Oregon’s Colton Campbell, who is heading for California’s Dalton Pearce, placed in two performances at The Daddy of ‘Em All. They placed fourth in the fifth performance with a 10.9-second-run, worth $558 a man. They also placed fourth in the sixth round with a 11.5-second-run, worth $558 a man. Campbell added $1,176 to his earnings to keep him at third in the Resistol Rookie heading standings with $13,785.78. He’s 15th in the California Circuit standings, too, having $4,983 won. 

Idaho’s Dillon Holyfield, who is heading for Phoenix Everano, won fifth in the average at the Chief Joseph (Oregon) Days rodeo with a time of 14.0-seconds on two head, worth $702 a man. They also placed fourth at the Cle Elum (Washington) Round Up with a 16.0-second-run, worth $212 a man. Holyfield continues to stay in the number-four spot in the heading standings with $7,981.18. He’s 26th in the Columbia River Circuit with $913.07 won. 

Texas’ Colton Brittain and header Coy Brittain placed third at the Steamboat Springs (Colorado) Pro Rodeo Series. They roped their steer in 7.1-seconds, adding $588 to each of their earnings. Colton is continues to stay ninth in the heeling standings with $4,974.18. In his Texas Circuit, he’s won $2,372.67 and sits 41st.

Texas’ Clayton Eggers, who is heading for Jake Raley, placed fifth in the second round at the Chief Joseph Days rodeo with a 6.3-second-run, worth $468 a man. Eggers is hanging on in the top 10 of the heading standings with $5,298.88.

Arkansas heeler Heath Williams and header Clint Wallace won the Mesquite (Texas) Championship Rodeo with a 9.7-second-run, worth $427 a man. Williams is third in the heeling standings with $14,879.28. 

Utah’s Brodi Jones added $243 to his Resistol Rookie earnings. He and heeler Braydin Evans placed sixth at the Red Desert Roundup in Rock Springs, Wyoming with a 11.7-second-run. Jones in ninth in the heading standings with $5,337.61.
