Baldwin and de la Cruz bank $7,539 each.

Tanner Baldwin and Cesar de la Cruz took home a total of $7,539 each after dominating in California. At the Sheriff’s PRCA Rodeo in San Bernadino, Calif., the team took the number-one spot with a 4.3-second run to bank $2,942 each. Then again at the Poway (Calif.) Rodeo they turned in a time of 5.1-seconds to take home $2,281 each in first-place prize money. The team also placed fourth at the Amarillo (Texas) Tri-State Fair And Rodeo with a time of 4.6-seconds to add $2,316 each to their weekend earnings.

As the season is coming to an end, the boys on the bubble are in crunch time. Matt Sherwood, sitting 19th in the header world standings, and Kyle Lockett, sitting 17th in the heeler world standings, banked $4,008 a man roping together this past weekend. The duo took home the number-one spot at the Industry (Calif.) Hills Charity Pro Rodeo with a 4.9-second run pocketing $2,025 each. The team won second at the Poway (Calif.) Rodeo behind Baldwin and de la Cruz with a 5.2-second run to add $1,983 to each man’s standings total. Lockett also roped with header Logan Olson at the Amarillo (Texas) Tri-State Fair And Rodeo to take home seventh place with a 4.8 second run, giving each man $1,247. Lockett’s weekend earnings totaled $5,255.
