Ariat Announces Title Sponsorship of World Series of Team Roping
Ariat will be the new Title Sponsor of the World Series of Team Roping, effective beginning of August.

Ariat, the leader in innovative Western, English and Work footwear and apparel, today announced an expanded partnership with the World Series of Team Roping (WSTR). Ariat has enjoyed a long association with WSTR and has been its official footwear and apparel partner since 2014. Beginning August 2018, Ariat will become the Title Sponsor and the events will be named the “Ariat World Series of Team Roping.” An additional component of this partnership is an exclusive offering of branded Ariat apparel for members, athletes and fans.

Ariat was the first company to bring athletic shoe technology to equestrian sports and is the leading equestrian brand in the world. The company operates across the U.S., Europe, Australia, Mexico and Japan. Ariat also sponsors top athletes from a variety of equestrian disciplines, including 23-time World Champion Trevor Brazile, 17-time WPRA All-Around Champion Jackie Hobbs-Crawford, 9-time WNFR qualifier Charly Crawford and 2-time World Champion Chad Masters.

“Ariat is proud to support an organization that enables men and women to be competitive and continue to pursue their passion for roping,” said Susan Alcala, vice president of partnership marketing at Ariat. “We have so much respect for Denny Gentry and his team at WSTR, and we are proud to be able to do even more for the roping community as we increase our support.”

“The Ariat brand is not only well-known, but well respected within the industry,” said Denny Gentry, president of WSTR. “Ariat has been a long-time partner of WSTR and we greatly appreciate the company’s partnership and enthusiasm for our athletes and members.”
