Flenniken moves to number-one in the Resistol Rookie Standings

Jeff Flenniken moved into the number-one spot in the Resistol Rookie Standings after he and his partner Jake Minor had a big weekend, winning the Rancho Mission Viejo Rodeo in San Juan Capistrano, California with a 5.1-second-run, worth $9,287 each. They also placed sixth at the Gem State Stampede in Coeur D Alene, Idaho with a 5.1-second-run, worth $993 each. Flenniken is now has $52,808.21 won, which not only put him number-one in the Rookie Standings, but he is now in the top 20 in the PRCA World Standings.

Brenten Hall and his partner Chase Tryan placed sixth at the Rancho Mission Viejo Rodeo with a 5.6-second-run, worth $3,910 each. Brenten is now second in the Rookie Standings and 25th in the PRCA World Standings with $47,525.64.

J.C. Flake moved from eighth to sixth in the Resistol Rookie Standings after placing second at the Range Days Rodeo in Rapid City, South Dakota with Cody Hilzendeger with a 4.9-second-run, worth $2,056 each.

Austin Crist is now in the top 10 of the Rookie Standings. He and partner Josh Filmore won the Range Days Rodeo with a 4.8-second-run, worth $2,365 each. Crist and Fillmore are currently winning fourth at the Colorado State Fair & Rodeo in Pueblo, Colorado with a time of 16.9 seconds on two head. They are also sitting fourth in the first round with a 9.2-second-run. Crist is currently fourth in the Mountain States Circuit with $8,193.41.
