Team Roping’s Top 5 Money Makers Over Cowboy Christmas 2025
These teams walked away from Cowboy Christmas 2025 with the most cash in hand.

Cowboy Christmas 2025 delivered fireworks with record-breaking runs, rising rookies holding their own against the veterans and a 100% week for the top-earning team. When the curtain closed July 6, on the Fourth run, Clint Summers and Jade Corkill found themselves at the top of the list with $29,897 a man in Cowboy Christmas earnings.

Based on money won, here’s a look at the top five teams who put together the richest Fourth-of-July runs this year, per our calculations so far as official results roll in.

NOTE: Our Cowboy Christmas earnings start with Ponoka and Greeley and run through Prescott.

1. Clint Summers & Jade Corkill: $29,897

Clint Summers and Jade Corkill were nearly perfect over Cowboy Christmas, picking up checks at nine of the 10 rodeos they entered over the Fourth run. Summers and Corkill raked in $29,897 a man with their biggest hit coming from the Cody Stampede for the $8,150-a-man win.

  • Western Stampede (West Jordan, Utah): First place, 3.9 seconds | $2,601 a man
  • World’s Oldest Rodeo (Prescott, Arizona): First round, seventh place, 6.4 seconds | $685 a man
  • World’s Oldest Rodeo (Prescott, Arizona): Average, fourth place, 13.5 on two | $2,876 a man

2. Andrew Ward & Jake Long: $26,421.00

Andrew Ward and Jake Long kicked off their Cowboy Christmas run with the Greeley Stampede win for a total $11,225 a man. They kept the momentum rolling to finish second in the team roping earnings race this Cowboy Christmas with $26,421 a man.

The Minor brothers Riley and Brady got an early start to their Cowboy Christmas, winning second at the Ponoka Stampede for a total of $15,159 a man, making them the No. 3 men in the Cowboy Christmas earnings race.

James Arviso and Logan Moore roped more like veterans than young guns this Fourth of July. Resistol Rookie Header of the Year contender Arviso and the reigning Resistol Rookie Heeler of the Year Moore raked in over $22,099 a man this Cowboy Christmas with their biggest win coming from the win in Prescott, Arizona, for $7,876 a man.

5. Tyler Wade & Wesley Thorp: $19,796.00

Not only were Tyler Wade and Wesley Thorp in the Top 5 of the Cowboy Christmas earners race, they also set the arena record at the St. Paul Rodeo with a 3.8-second run. The reigning World Champs won over $19,000 during their Fourth run, highlighted also by the Oakley Independence Day Rodeo win for $6,414 a man.
