“We’re excited about the new venue, the USTRC’s leadership and everything the association has going on,” Premier Equine Auctions’ Steve Friskup said. “I’ve been a part of every horse sale the USTRC has hosted, and we look forward to this sale becoming one of the most premier events in the country. Fort Worth’s Will Rogers Memorial Center is a fantastic facility, and we’ll have a professional crew and professional setup.”

Each horse will be guaranteed sound, and ropers can look for posted pictures, videos and phone numbers at premierequineauctions.com by early August.

“Rope horses are such a critical part of the equation, with hundreds of thousands of dollars up for grabs at major ropings across the country,” said Ty Yost, USTRC’s director of roping operations. “This sale will offer horses that can help ropers compete at the top of the game, from reputable sellers. Horse sales are always a great night out, too, and this one will make for a great start to a new tradition for us in Fort Worth.”
