The Ariat World Series of Team Roping’s Title Fights will stream live and on demand on Roping.com Sept. 18-20 from the Nolan County Coliseum in Sweetwater, Texas.
Round 7 of the WSTR’s special fees qualifiers relocates to Sweetwater this year, and it remains one of the highest paying stops of the regular season. Any check won over the three days qualifies a roper for the Ariat WSTR Finale in Las Vegas in December, and the weekend doubles as the Ariat WSTR Heartland Finale.
Books open at 8 a.m. CT each day, with roping at 9 a.m.
Title Fights Schedule
Friday, Sept. 18: WSTR Open, #15.5, #14.5, Shadle Insurance #13.5, Cactus Saddlery #12.5 and a #12.5 add-on.
Saturday, Sept. 19: #11.5 with a 7.5 heeler cap, Resistol #10.5 with a 6.5 heeler cap, the #9.5 Heartland at $500 per roper progressive with a 5.5 heeler cap, and the #10.5 USTRC Legends for men 40 and over and ladies 30 and over, a dual WSTR qualifier at $150 per roper and 70% payback.
Sunday, Sept. 20: #9.5 with a 5.5 heeler cap, #8.5 with a 4.5 cap both ends, and a three-steer #7.5 with a 4 cap both ends.
