Two-time PRCA World Champion Kaleb Driggers launched an online stallion auction on Facebook to benefit his longtime friend Caleb Anderson, the NFR heeler and rope horse trainer who suffered a career-halting injury in Fall 2024.
But Anderson’s friends—many of whom own stallions—put together a stallion auction to help him recoup medical costs and expenses that he incurred while he was recovering. With breeding season kicking off, Driggers and his cohorts launched the auction earlier this month, and it closes Jan. 25, 2025.
Bidders can simply comment on each stallion’s photo with their bids.

“Caleb and I grew up back east together,” Driggers said. “And no matter how far you move away, those roots run deep. He’s a very hard-working, family-oriented Christian man. He always wants to do right by people, so I thought that it was only right for someone to help him in a time of need because I know he would do the same for one of his friends.”
Caleb and Carrie Anderson have two kids, and Caleb had slowed down from rodeoing to focus on futurity horses. Other trainers jumped in to help with Anderson’s outside horses when he got hurt, but there’s no easy road when you make a living riding horses and you spend months laid up with pins in your leg.
