From the team at Global Handicaps: BFI team ropers experienced communication disruptions beginning Sunday mid-event at the Bob Feist Invitational and continuing into Monday’s #12.5, when the TimeTracker® app stopped updating, cutting off live results, draw information and previously posted BFI event data.

Global was alerted through social media posts, calls and emails suggesting a system failure.

Global confirmed the platform remained fully operational, however, during the event, BFI staff elected to turn off the TimeTracker® feed. Once notified, Global worked with the BFI team to restore the feed, and the app is now fully functional.

The team at Global Handicaps appreciates users bringing the issue forward. The response highlights the convenience and accessibility the industry has come to expect from TimeTracker®, a valuable tool providing real-time access to draw positions, event status, and standings for competitors and those following along.
