Pro Rodeo Results Wrap-Up: Tsinigine and Lockett Win San Angelo
Tsinigine and Lockett bank $7,780 at the San Angelo Rodeo.

Aaron Tsinigine and Kyle Lockett won the San Angelo (Texas) Stock Show and Rodeo after roping three head in 13.2 seconds, worth $5,645 a man. Tsinigine and Lockett were just short of placing in the first round with their 4.2-second-run, then tied Lathen Bryant and Morgan McVay and Shane Philipp and John Philipp for fifth in the second round with a 3.8-second-run, worth $1,309 a man. They placed fourth in the final round with a 5.1-second-run, worth $826 a man, which was good enough to move them into the number-one spot. Tsinigine and Lockett banked a total of $7,780 at the rodeo, which moved Tsinigine to 23rd in the PRCA World standings with $8,532.16, and Lockett into sixth with $13,430.13.

Clay Smith and Jake Long are still on a roll after winning a total of $12,017 each on the weekend, while Smith added another $7,500 with former partner Paul Eaves at the San Angelo Cinch Chute-Out Rodeo. Smith and Long ended up eighth at the San Angelo Rodeo with a time of 21.0 seconds on three head, worth $491. They won the first round with a 3.6 second-run, worth $3,763 a man, and won the second round and broke the arena record with a 3.5-second-run, worth another $3,763 a man. Smith and Long won Brackett II at the San Antonio (Texas) Stock Show and Rodeo banking $4,000 a man. They placed third in the first round with a 9.5-second-run, worth $1,250 a man, second in the second round with a 4.7-second-run, worth $2,000 a man, and fourth in the third round with a 9.2-second-run, worth $750 a man. Smith and Long moved back into the number-one spot in the PRCA World Standings with $22,721.21 each. The next day, Smith and Eaves won the San Angelo Cinch Chute-Out with a 5.7-second-run, worth $7,500 a man.

Plus, NFR heeler Kinney Harrell is back on the road with his 21-year-old gelding Taz and header Nathan McWhorter, dominating the Southeast this past weekend with a win at Okeechobee, Florida, and Hattiesburg, Mississippi. The duo ended the weekend up $3,506 a man.
