Reservations Now Open for The Team Roping Journal’s 2027 Breeder’s Guide
Stallion owners and breeders can secure a full page—print and digital—for $1,500 through October 15, 2026.

The Team Roping Journal is now accepting reservations for the 2027 Breeder’s Guide, the annual issue dedicated entirely to the breeding, raising and selling of rope horses—and the single most targeted place in the sport to put a stallion or breeding program in front of buyers.

Timed to the start of breeding season, the Breeder’s Guide delivers more than one million combined impressions across print, web, email and social, placing each featured program at the center of the richest performance-horse sport in the world. Demand for top-level rope horses has never been higher, and ropers searching for premium prospects, proven broodmares and the industry’s leading sires start their search here.

What Every Entry Includes

Each $1,500 entry covers one stallion or breeding program and includes:

  • Full-Page Print Ad — one full page in the printed Breeder’s Guide, mailed to 44,000 print readers. Design by the TRJ team is available at an additional cost.
  • Half-Page Editorial — a 150–200-word feature on your stallion or program, written and edited by TRJ staff, with one high-resolution photo (300 dpi, 3×5″).
  • Email Advertising — the complete Breeder’s Guide PDF delivered to the full TRJ newsletter list.
  • Web Article — a dedicated article showcasing your stallion or breeding program on TeamRopingJournal.com.
  • Social Post — your stallion or program article highlighted on TRJ’s social channels.

Pricing and Deadline

Entries are $1,500 per stallion or breeding program page. Reservations close October 15, 2026, and space is limited—entries are accepted in reservation order. Programs reserving four or more pages can ask about multi-page pricing.
