Ariat World Series of Team Roping Adds Kick-Off Party & Open Calcutta to 2022 Lineup
WSTR Calcutta

The 2022 Ariat World Series of Team Roping Finale will feature a Kick-Off Party and American Open Finale Calcutta Dec. 2, 2022, in the South Point Hotel’s Napa/Ram Rodeo Room after Round 2 of the NFR.

Presented by Flying H Ranch and benefiting K9s4COPS, the party is free for all Finale XVI competitors, friends and family. The Calcutta will sell through all teams pre-entered in The American Open Finale.

“We will sell through the teams twice,” said Ariat WSTR President Ty Yost. “The first time at five-times the money for the go-rounds and the second time through selling for the aggregate winners.”

The Finale begins Dec. 3 at 8 a.m. in the main arena with The American Open to the World event—the last leg of The American Rodeo’s Contender tournament. With $50,000 added, nine teams will advance to The American Rodeo Regional Semifinals events from the Finale.
