Traffic Guy offspring have earned more than $2.4 million, but the stallion himself was also a successful competitor in multiple events. 

With NFR barrel racer Tammy Fischer at the reins, he became an elite barrel horse, scoring checks at the San Antonio Rodeo, BFA World Championships and WPRA World Finals. In the meantime, the versatile stallion was started in team roping by Clay Logan and later was ridden in heading for a qualification to The American Semifinals.

His owner, Felicity Martin, has said Traffic Guy’s mind is his greatest asset.

“He scores like a rock and has a big move on the corner, plus he can face and be looking back down the rope before you can blink,” said Martin.

The stallion’s sire, Frenchmans Guy, and the Tryan family’s Hall-of-Fame head horse Walt share a Hall-of-Fame grandsire in Docs Jack Frost. Meanwhile, his dam Evening Traffic is a granddaughter of all-time leading racehorse sire First Down Dash. 

Last season, Traffic Guy’s daughter I’m A Royal N Traffic was an ARHFA World finalist in heading under Bobby Mote. Plus, his older son Caddy Beatin Traffic is a former Mountain States Circuit Heel Horse of the Year that boasts $175,000 in lifetime roping earnings.
