Here’s my daughter, Kylie Mask, winning her first buckle at age 7. She was giddy with pride and excitement! Here is the close up picture of Kylie’s first buckle. Kylie won her first buckle in Bulverde, Texas when she was 7 years old, competing in the Youth Horse Club of the Hill Country’s 2010 Youth Rodeo series. Her events were cloverleaf barrels, straight barrels, pole bending, goat ribbon pulling and roller roping. She was absolutely giddy with pride and excitement at the awards ceremony! Kylie continues to compete as an all-round cowgirl and has won several more buckles since then, but this one will always hold a special place in her heart!
