Jade Corkill’s Ice Cube started the three-time world champion heeler’s career in Fallon, Nevada, taking him from a high-school rodeo standout to a National Finals Rodeo record-setter.

On Ice Cube, Corkill won the Cheyenne Frontier Days and the California Rodeo Salinas, as well as first and second at the 2009 George Strait Team Roping Classic. Jade Corkill and Ice Cube also won the Wildfire Open to the World on Ice Cube in 2013 with Chad Masters.

In this episode of ‘The Score’ podcast, Corkill reflects on what the horse taught him about horsemanship, position and horse care. He also talks about how the horse built the life he has in 2023, and where Ice Cube’s place is in heel horse history.

Episode presented by ADM Animal Nutrition.
