From rookies to veterans, these five teams won the most over Cowboy Christmas in 2026.

The curtain has closed on Cowboy Christmas, and the numbers are in on team roping’s top money earners over Cowboy Christmas in 2026. Based on money won, here’s a look at the top five teams who put together the richest Fourth-of-July runs this year, per our calculations so far as official results roll in.

NOTE: Our Cowboy Christmas tracking started with the Greeley Stampede and Ponoka Stampede and ended with all rodeos ending July 5.


1. Cody Snow & Lane Mitchell: $30,192

Cody Snow and Lane Mitchell made up major ground in the PRCA world standings race with their $30,192-a-man Fourth of July. Snow and Mitchell were both outside the top 30 in the world standings heading into Cowboy Christmas and now, unofficially, sit No. 13 and No. 15 with $59,233.17 and $56,530.12, respectively. Snow and Mitchell had their best outing at Oregon’s St. Paul Rodeo where they walked away with $9,116 apiece.

2. Ketch Kelton & Denton Dunning: $29,248.00 

Resistol Rookie Header of the Year contender Ketch Kelton and fellow young gun Denton Dunning proved they belong this Cowboy Christmas. The pair of 20-year-olds raked in $29,248 a man with their biggest hit coming from the Cody Stampede Rodeo for $7,106 apiece.

3. James Arviso & Levi Lord: $22,395

The Fourth-of-July run was just an extension of an already major week for James Arviso and Levi Lord. Arviso and Lord rolled into Cowboy Christmas with the Reno Rodeo title and immediately picked up the Greeley Stampede win as well. They raked in $22,395 a man over Cowboy Christmas with the Greeley win making up the bulk of their earnings. (Note: We do not include Reno in our Cowboy Christmas earnings.)

The Kings of Cowboy Christmas were back again in 2026. Kaleb Driggers and Junior Nogueira, who hold the record for the highest-earning team roping Cowboy Christmas ever, pocketed $22,375 apiece this year. Their biggest stop over the Fourth of July came in the form of the Cody win for $8,527 apiece.

Veterans Riley and Brady Minor were strong contenders this Cowboy Christmas, raking in $21,341 a man. The Minors won a bulk of their Fourth run earnings in Ponoka, taking home $10,183 a man.
