Bit Junkie: Kollin VonAhn’s Scott Ironworks Bit
Two-time World Champion heeler Kollin VonAhn on his bit of choice.

“It’s a solid square port, but it floats in that circle. It’s a little gag, but that bridle has more of a float feel to me. It’s not that much bridle, as far as stopping your horse. I want my horse to frame up with his nose to the left and this bridle actually has a natural feel that lets me frame him up. It feels like you can get more severe with it, but I use it to frame my horses up. Every horse I put it on frames up good.”
