Barnes, Cooper and Sherwood Drop New Roping.com Video Series for Fall 2021
Jake Barnes, Clay O’Brien Cooper and Matt Sherwood built new video series to prepare ropers for Ariat World Series of Team Roping Finale and beyond.

BOULDER, COLORADO—Long-time Roping, com coaches and World Champions Jake Barnes, Clay O’Brien Cooper and Matt Sherwood will release dozens of new videos this fall focusing on fine-tuning ropers for competition at the Ariat World Series of Team Roping Finale.

Other videos in the series will cover everything from donkey roping to tack and gear selection, and the caliber of the video production will make them an easy, enjoyable watch.

“We worked hard with The Team Roping Journal editors to put together a video series that will truly prepare ropers for the scenarios they will encounter in the recreational roping setups,” said Sherwood, who’s got two PRCA world titles to his name. “Doing a good job on these is important to all of this so the sport of team roping continues to evolve and grow for the next generation, and I’m confident this series will show that.”

Roping.com will release at least two videos per week, with bonus videos sprinkled throughout the lead-up to the Finale.

“As a sponsor of the Ariat World Series of Team Roping, giving those ropers a resource to hone their skills in time for the Finale was critical to us,” TRJ Editor Chelsea Shaffer said. “I’m confident the content we’ve put together will help ropers prepare for the richest event in team roping in new ways, and the mental strategy content we’ve prepared will help ropers get their minds right to win hundreds of thousands at the South Point.”
