Kashlyn McIntyre and Christie McClary led the average in Challenger Team Roping at the Women’s Rodeo World Championship Semifinals, earning a spot in the final round at AT&T Stadium alongside teams led by Ashtyn Pratz and Heather Rogers.

McIntyre, of Wickenburg, Arizona, and McClary, of Valley View, Texas, posted a 35.36-second three-head average to top the round and collect a $3,500 average check. They opened the week with a 13.15-second run, followed by an 8.71 in Round 2 and a 13.50 to finish fourth in the Semifinal round. Their total payout came to $4,250.

Ashtyn Pratz and partner Tamara Lewis advanced with a 37.70-second average, good for second overall. The New Mexico-Arizona duo clocked a 14.81 in Round 1, a 8.01 in Round 2 for second place, and a 14.88 in the Semifinals. The pair earned $2,500 in average money and $4,250 total on the week.

Heather Rogers, of Round Rock, Texas, roped with Kelsey Pepion of Cut Bank, Montana, to win the Semifinal round outright with a 7.83-second time — the fastest of the event. Their two earlier runs of 10.32 and a no-time gave them a 118.15 average, but the Semifinal win and top payout of $3,000 were enough to send them to the Showdown Round on Friday night. Rogers and Pepion earned $4,500 combined.
