PRCA Resistol Rookie Standings: August 8, 2018
Rosencrans moves into the top 10

Chance Rosencrans moved into the top 10 after winning a total of $2,105. Rosencrans and partner Jesse Fredrickson placed second at the Ashley (North Dakota) Rodeo with a 6.2-second-run, worth $844 a man. They placed sixth at the Richland County Fair & Rodeo in Sidney, Montana with a 5.7-second-run, worth $1,261 a man. Rosencrans is now eighth in the PRCA Resistol Rookie Standings with a total of $7,012.64 won.

Curry Kirchner added a total of $2,202 to his earnings. He and partner Chase Boekhaus tied Coleman Proctor and Billie Jack Saebens, Clay Smith and Paul Eaves and Nick Sartain and Austin Rogers four fourth at Kansas’ Biggest Rodeo in Phillipsburg, Kansas with a 4.4-second-run, worth $1,941 a man. They also tied Luke Brown and Jake Long for fifth at the Jayhawker Roundup Rodeo in Hill City, Kansas with a 5.0-second-run, worth $261 a man. 

James Arnold continues to hang onto the number-one spot on the heel side after adding $2,093 to his earnings. Arnold and partner Charly Crawford tied Luke Brown and Jake Long and Casey Tew and Blake Bentley for second at XIT Rodeo & Reunion in Dalhart, Texas with a 5.0 second-run, worth $1,310 a man. They also tied Corbin Nicholls and Coley Nicholls for second at the Wind River PRCA Rodeo Roundup in Riverton, Wyoming with a 5.6-second run, worth $783 a man. 

Hunter Koch and his partner Billy Bob Brown won the Jayhawker Roundup Rodeo with a 4.4-second-run, worth $1,083 each. They also placed eighth at Kansas’ Biggest Rodeo with a 4.5-second-run, worth $971 a man.
