The Score: Season 3, Episode 11 with Brock Hanson

Share

Brock Hanson is a National Finals Rodeo header who swapped to the heel side to rope with Colorado’s JB James. With almost a half-a-million in ProRodeo earnings and two NFR go-round wins to his name, Hanson is a deadly switch-ender who knows good horses, too.

This time around, host Chelsea Shaffer talked to Hanson about making young horses—something many ProRodeo cowboys find themselves doing more and more of thanks to the COVID-19 crisis. But Hanson has always been skilled with a horse as much as he has been with a rope, and he talks about a variety of ways he brings young horses along and techniques he uses to make a good one.
