Nestled in the heart of Texas horse country, the San Juan Ranch is committed to breeding elite performance horses who excel not only in cutting, reining and working cow horse events, but also in the rope horse futurity world.

San Juan Ranch is an NRCHA Million Dollar Breeder—a milestone achieved in just 10 years—and its sister company, UltraCruz, produces a supplement line that keeps their horses in optimal health.

The ranch boasts three champion stallions: CD Diamond, SJR Diamond Mist and SJR Talkin Diamonds.

Million-dollar sire CD Diamond and his son SJR Diamond Mist are both NRCHA Open Futurity Champions and Horse of the Year winners. A new addition to the roster this year, CD Diamond’s half-brother SJR Talkin Diamonds is the 2024 The American Performance Horseman Reined Cow Horse Champion.

SJR-bred horses made a name for themselves in 2024 with SJR Diamond Metalica leading the way with her success at the 2024 Riata Championship. The CD Diamond daughter won both the #10.5 and #12.5 to bring home $176,000. Other standouts from the past year include SJR Diamond Billy, SJR Bet He Sparks, SJR Diamond Ombre, SJR Diamond Bond, SJR Diamond Eve and Serina.
