Share

Kollin VonAhn, 38, is a two-time PRCA World Champion with more than $1 million in PRCA earnings. He’s the 2017 Cheyenne Frontier Days Champion as well as the 2015 Cheyenne champ, and he’s won three NFR average titles in his career. He’s had great horses like Hock, the sorrel he won the average on in 2015, and he spends much of his time riding young horses with wife and NFR barrel racer Angie Meadors.

McCracken Hay Cubes
“I feed 8 to 10 pounds of McCracken alfalfa cubes morning and night—which amounts to a little feed bucket overflowing. That keeps everything I have in top physical shape.”

Purina Strategy Healthy Edge
“Purina Healthy Edge has worked best for me to keep my horses’ guts healthy, but I only grain the ones getting used every day. Otherwise, with the hay cubes and the grain, they’ll get fat.” purinamills.com

Equibone
“I feed the young ones Equibone. It helps the body absorb calcium and minerals to help with their bone development, especially with the workload we put on them getting them ready for the futurities. It’s got glucosamine and MSM so it’s good for overall bone health.” tlcanimalnutrition.com
